Topics covered

  • Speech, Language or Communication concerns

  • Crawling, Sitting and/or Walking concerns

  • Fine Motor and Problem-Solving concerns

  • Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaires used when appropriate

  • Referral to your GP, Allied Health or State Child Development Centre with any concerns.

  • Follow up phone call to discuss progression of your child’s Referral.

  • 1 x phone call follow up a month after your home visit or a phone consultation if you would prefer.
